With preliminary design we take the idea even further. In this stage we can get a budget estimate calculated and start defining materials. Sustainability concepts are incorporated even more. Depending on the complexity of the project we start talking to structural engineers, contractors, landscape designers, mechanical and electrical engineers in order to get a holistic design.
